Last week voting kicked off for Marco Visconti’s Blogger summer style-off! After much delegation, The PLUG team rallied together some of Hong Kong’s favourite fashion bloggers. Our chosen five gorgeous fashion bloggers selected their favourite pieces from Marco Visconti’s new summer collection -Tribal Glamour – and each created a unique summer look. Braving the unpredictable Hong Kong summer weather, the fashionistas took to the urban jungles of Central and Sheung Wan to strut their stuff at the Blogger Style-Off photo shoot.   The blogger with the most votes wins a $10,000 shopping spree at Marco Visconti, and if you’re lucky the winner may just decide to share her prize with you…So get voting! PLUG TEAM: Artistic juices were flowing here at PLUG headquarters, where we kicked off our week with a session of Art Jamming. Hosted at the Art Jamming Studio, Wellington St, Central, Hong Kong – our PR team got together for some team bonding over wine and paint! All supplies were provided, all we needed to bring were the refreshments and the talent. Not sure whether any of us will be quitting our day jobs anytime soon, however it was a productive and creative experience that we all thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks for having us Art Jamming!

Braving the heat and the rain, our five gorgeous bloggers take to the streets of Central and Sheung Wan for Marco Visconti’s Summer Style-Off photo shoot. Each blogger chose their favourite outfit from Marco Visconti’s new summer collection to style in their own unique way and to enter into the Style-Off contest. Voting opens to the public soon! Things are heating up in Hong Kong, and what better time to cool-off with some refreshing summer cocktails? On 30th May 2013 PLUG PR hosted a tiki-licious Jax Coco cocktail tasting at Honi Honi Tiki Lounge to introduce Hong Kong press to two refreshing cocktails: The Curse of the Monkey and the aptly named Doctor Jax. The Curse of the Money is a delicious concoction of Jax Coco, rum, fresh pineapple juice, strawberry puree, jasmine syrup and strawberry liqueur. For those looking to rehydrate, Doctor Jax  is a refreshing mix of Jax Coco, guava juice, vanilla syrup and fresh pineapple juice. Divine! 

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to the newest addition to the PLUG PR team, hailing from London, the lovely Thea O’Hear! A born-and-raised Londoner (a rare breed these days), Thea joins PLUG in Hong Kong with five years public relations experience under her belt. A true all-rounder who cut her professional teeth at an integrated communications consultancy in the City of London, Thea is as comfortable running major health campaigns as she is representing The Bishop of London (a genuine past client!) Her true passion however, lies in consumer PR, where she has led campaigns and creative strategy for major consumer brands and UK household names, including Laithwaite’s Wine, AXA PPP and Weightwatchers. A communicator through-and-through, Thea is borderline obsessed with her job and actually sleeps with her notepad by her bed. When she is not thinking about work, Thea is most likely to be found accosting French waiters so that she can practice her French, or ferreting out lovely French wine.
