Have you caught a sneak peek at the Yeezy Season 7 collection, fusing 2XU’s intelligent sportswear with Kanye West’s iconic style. We’re loving it and guess who else is!?
Expected to be released early in 2018, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram recently to give fans a first look at the range. In the photo, Kardashian is wearing scuba leggings, made from the same neoprene fabric featured throughout the 2XU wetsuit range. Other items developed by 2XU and Yeezy for the S7 collection include compression tights, tops, socks, jackets and shoes.
Driven by Kanye’s vision to create a range that could transition seamlessly “from beach to bar”, the 2XU Calabasas pieces developed for the Yeezy S7 collection feature 2XU’s world class technical fabrics and design aesthetic with Yeezy’s trademark style.
West reached out to 2XU more than 12 months ago to collaborate on his Season 5 collection, and has since continued to work closely with the Australian sportswear brand on further product development for his Yeezy label. The association brings together the world’s most technically advanced sportswear brand and one of the world’s most talked about fashion labels. Watch this space!

The opening was celebrated by 2XU fans and support is already flooding in from media, including Men’s Uno, Hong Kong Madame and JET.

To celebrate all things art, Plug PR helped French prestige champagne house Perrier-Jouët unveil the Garden of Wonder, a series of whimsical, artistic and immersive experiences in the heart of Admiralty.
We gathered Hong Kong’s most influential journalists and glamorous influencers for an evening of whimsical delights and a glass or two of Perrier-Jouët’s new Blanc de Blancs champagne. Guests were immersed in French digital artist Miguel Chevalier’s mesmerising video installation and took inspiration from the beautiful space.
The city’s influencers shared their Garden of Wonder experience with tens of thousands of followers across the city. Check out posts from @Hana Tam, @elleiconlee, @sadelle and @foodandtravelhk.

RETURNED CLIENT: Kasa, Hong Kong’s cool and contemporary Cantonese restaurant, joined together with Plug PR again following the successful launch of its first establishment in Wanchai in August 2015. With its second branch in the heart of Central, Kasa Central introduces a unique, vegetable-forward concept to Hong Kong – focusing on creatively highlighting vegetables or plant-based ingredients with wholesome Chinese flavours to bring a new perspective on healthy eating to HK diners.
The new branch focuses on a healthy grab-and-go option to promote their own definition of a healthy diet by curating a vegetable-centric menu that caters to the modern day Hong Kong consumer. Working with different complex textures and flavours of a wide variety of vegetables as well as using selected lean meats and healthy carbs, Kasa Central offers a wholesome menu motivated by the idea of a balanced diet, whilst incorporating a uniquely modern twist to traditional Cantonese flavours.

Hong Kongers got to experience the thrill of discovering new and pre-loved items on the mobile classifieds app as well as a chance to play and win Carousell merchandise exclusive to Hong Kong. The red kombi van housed some of Carousell’s featured sellers and a range of popular items from the marketplace. Hong Kong’s renowned illustrator Plastic Thing also joined The Carousell Mobile Marketplace to showcase her collection of merchandise.

S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 offers young, talented chefs just the opportunity they’re looking for. The program was created by S.Pellegrino to reaffirm its commitment to the promotion of emerging talents and to enhancing and diffusing fine dining culture throughout the world.
Renowned Hong Kong-based chefs Vicky Lau from Tate Dining Room & Bar, Alvin Leung from Bo Innovation and Umberto BOMBANA from 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA shared their views on upcoming talent in the region and how the contest generates valuable worldwide exposure for young chefs. Vicky Lau is on the North East Asia regional jury for the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 competition, while Alvin Leung and Umberto BOMBANA are on the South East Asia regional jury.

PLUG EVENT: The Invisible Kitchen team and Plug PR joined forces earlier this week to launch the new Invisible Kitchen gourmet buffet menus, with a media cooking event that gave key journalists an exclusive look at what goes on behind the scenes at the kitchen of one of Hong Kong’s top gourmet catering companies.
Media were invited for a preview of Invisible Kitchen’s new Gourmet Buffet Catering Menu with delicious canapés to nibble, followed by a cooking workshop guided by Executive Chef Tom Burney himself. Media were treated to a showcase of Invisible Kitchen’s unique in-house smoking and dehydrating techniques, and were invited to taste the signature smoked panacotta among other key Invisible Kitchen custom canapés.
